TBG Soccer Training – Cancellation & Refund Policy

At TBG Soccer Training, we strive to provide the best possible experience for every player on the pitch. We understand that plans can change or programs may not always be the right fit

• Completed Services: Services already rendered are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for training sessions, clinic days, or program days that have already occurred or been attended.

• Unused Remaining Days: If you are unsatisfied with our service or need to withdraw your child from a program, you may request a pro-rated refund for any remaining, unused days that you have paid for.

• Processing Requests: Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email. Pro-rated amounts are calculated based on the date your written request is received, minus any days that have already passed in the program schedule.
